At 12 years old, I got my hands on a beat-up camcorder. What started with skits turned into an obsession with making short films from everyday life. This fascination with documenting, combined with my home state of Michigan's beauty, continues to influence my naturalistic style.
I didn't go to film school. I decided to major in international studies as a means to continue traveling and creating videos along the way. It taught me how to build trust with subjects, communicate my vision, and create narratives that respect diverse backgrounds.
I bring those same principles to every project, creating visual stories that reflect each client’s unique voice. Whether it’s telling a community’s story, showcasing a brand’s mission, or capturing the artistry of a performance, my focus is on crafting stories that feel tailor-made. When I'm not working, I'm trying new recipes, experimenting with animation, or planning my next adventure.
